Our rental management style allows us to maximize the rental potential of beautiful Seaside cottages, market them effectively through a time-tested site and ultimately create an enjoyable rental experience for both owners and renters alike!

We work closely with cottage owners to understand their specific rental needs. We manage their vacation home, monitor their rental calendar, recommend competitive seasonal pricing, collect rental payments, and organize cleaning/maintenance services. Similarly, we address renters needs with the same courtesy and consideration. We provide clean, well-maintained cottages complete with several enjoyable amenities and are available to address any concerns renters may have while vacationing in beautiful Seaside, Florida.

Congratulations to Fantasia Renters Kandice & Chad Ray on 10 years of marriage!!!!

This spring SVR renters' Kandice & Chad Ray celebrated their 10 year anniversary at one of our beautiful 3 bedroom cottages, Fantasia. While in Seaside, they renewed their vows with a beautiful beach ceremony as their two children looked on. Kandice is a beautiful photographer and avid blogger and, as such, shared some of the below photographs of this special time in their lives with us. Sandpiper Vacation Rentals was excited to be a part of such a momentous occasion! We wish Kandice and Chad all the best in the years to come and hope they'll be back to Fantasia soon!
